Summary
TapBio is a link-in-bio tool. Anything you put on your public bio page (handle, name, links, theme) is, by design, public. We collect minimal account data and never sell or rent it. One Swift + Tap account covers the entire suite.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, hashed password (or your linked Google / GitHub identity).
- Bio content: handle, display name, bio text, the links you publish, theme, avatar.
- Public stats: aggregate view + click counters per link. We do not log who clicked.
- Billing: Stripe holds the card; we see only metadata.
- Usage: IPs and request metadata for abuse prevention. No third-party tracking pixels.
Public bio pages
Anything you publish to your TapBio page is intentionally public. Visitor analytics are counts only — we don't store visitor IPs, fingerprints, or referrers per click. We do not run third-party ad tags or analytics scripts on public bio pages.
How we use it
- Render your bio page and your dashboard.
- Send transactional email: account email, password resets via Brevo.
- Prevent abuse: rate limit suspicious traffic, block phishing handles.
Who we share with
- Stripe (subscription billing).
- Brevo (transactional email).
- Cloudflare (infrastructure).
- Nobody else. We never sell or rent data.
Universal account
One Swift + Tap account covers TapBio, TapCard, SwiftBill, SwiftForm, and SwiftLead. Workspace data is product-scoped.
Your rights
- Access: edit your bio any time from /dashboard.
- Deletion: close your account to remove the bio page and aggregate stats within 30 days.
- Portability: bio content exports as JSON from /dashboard.
