1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TapBio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

TapBio provides a platform for creating, managing, and sharing link-in-bio pages. Features include custom themes, link management, click analytics, and page customization. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share content that is fraudulent, misleading, or impersonates another person
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content through your page
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to TapBio (text, images, links). By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your page content as necessary to provide the Service. Public pages are accessible to anyone with the link.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

TapBio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The TapBio name, logo, and all associated branding are our property. You may not use our branding without written permission. The Service itself, including its design, code, and features, is protected by intellectual property laws.
